I thought myself a warrior on the hunt for the wild untamed, yet I see I was wrong.

You, are the warrior, and my heart, your prey.

I will fight with honor, but the battle is already lost.

I should have known there was a reason why wolves fear you, and birds dare not fly when you stand atop the mountain peak;

staring into the unknown.

upon this stone that is my heart, may you sharpen your blade.

And when you have slain my soul and left me broken in your wake,

may I bathe in the fires of your eyes, so that my body turns to ash within their flames,

and from the dust, a love like I have never felt before, will be borne for you, and only you.
